• With the increase of osteoarthritis disease & it’s current surgical treatment by joint replacement, new hope is unraveling through the use stem cells which have the capability of transforming in to different body cells & hopefully into articuler cartilage . This may save lots of effort & money with reduction of side effects and complications of surgery.
• The chair hope to increase scientific research in this field aiming to reach regenerative treatment for osteoarthritis & paving the way to establish specialized centers using this technology.
